Our Story

Charcoal, loud kitchens and big family feeds.

Souvlaki Time was started by a group of Greek mates, including three Cypriot brothers, who grew up around charcoal, loud kitchens and big family feeds.

Hospitality runs deep. With roots connected to the well-known Costa's Seafood family, serving good food and looking after people has always been part of the story. This just happens to be the next chapter.

The idea was simple: create a spot where families and friends can come together, eat properly and feel comfortable doing it.

Located inside the bowls club, we've built something that feels relaxed and welcoming, a place where you can bring the kids, catch up with mates, grab a beer and enjoy a solid feed without overcomplicating it.

Portions are generous (because that's how we were raised), flavours are bold, and everything that leaves the kitchen carries our name on it, so it has to be right.

For one of us, this place carries something more. Built in honour of a father who taught us that feeding people is one of the purest ways to love. His influence lives on in every plate that leaves our kitchen.
